Contact us immediately at d.alphalabs@gmail.com. We can modify or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Once tracking has been assigned, we cannot make changes.
What is the purity of your compounds?›
All compounds meet a minimum 98%+ purity standard verified by independent third-party HPLC testing. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published on our Certificates page so you can verify every batch before ordering.
🔬 HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is the gold standard for peptide purity verification. Every batch is independently tested — not just the supplier's word.
How should I store these compounds?›
Lyophilized (dry/powder) peptides: Store at −20°C (freezer) for long-term storage up to 24 months. Refrigerator (4°C) is acceptable for up to 3 months. Keep away from light and moisture.
After reconstitution: Store at 4°C (refrigerator) and use within 4 weeks. Do not refreeze reconstituted peptides.
BAC Water: Store at room temperature before opening, refrigerate after opening.
What is BAC Water and do I need it?›
Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, used to reconstitute lyophilized peptide powders for research use. If you're working with any of our peptides in powder form, you will need BAC Water. We carry 3mL vials at $4.99 — add one to your order.

All orders include a flat $6.00 shipping fee. Orders ship within 2 business days of confirmed payment. We ship to US addresses only. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. D Alpha Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser.
8. Payment
Payment is processed via Venmo. Your order is logged upon submission and fulfilled upon confirmed payment receipt. If payment is not received within 48 hours of order submission, the order may be cancelled.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us at d.alphalabs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and we will work to resolve the issue.
10. Affiliate Program
Affiliates earn 15% commission on referred sales. Commissions are paid weekly via Venmo or Zelle. D Alpha Labs reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at its discretion. Affiliates must promote D Alpha Labs accurately as a research compound supplier and may not make health or therapeutic claims in their promotions.
11. Intellectual Property
